1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons. Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery) will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.
5. Return Shipping
In case of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us. For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
